130 unit assisted living facility with 30 memory care units. Common areas include lounge rooms, kitchens, cafeteria activity areas, etc.

125 unit assisted living facility with 40 memory care units. 66,000 square foot rentable space with 46,000 square feet of common areas.
Bayshore Suites
5 story luxury senior living center, 150,000 square foot with
126 one and two bedroom units with amenities including a library, dining facilities, pool, bar and lounge, fitness room, theatre, etc.
The Ganzhorn Suites
164 suites with private baths. Common areas include library, sunroom, family
style kitchens, commercial kitchen, dining areas, living rooms and barber rooms.
Canterfield at Bluffton
91 assisted living units and a memory care wing. Independent living villas including garages just outside the main building. Amenities include fitness center, salon, spa, library and two communal kitchens.
Primrose Retirement Communities
Retirement community 40 assisted living units and 36 independent living units.
